H.E. Amalia Mai, Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, today received copies of letters of credence from H.E. Carmen Scarleth Ayón Neda, Ambassador of the Republic of Honduras to Belize.
During their cordial discussions, both sides reaffirmed the longstanding and cordial bilateral relations between Belize and Honduras, grounded in mutual respect, regional solidarity, and cooperation. They also highlighted the importance of continued collaboration and the desire to strengthen ties between their peoples.
The Ambassador will present her credentials to H.E. Dame Froyla Tzalam, Governor-General of Belize, at a later date.
