President Tsai Ing-Wen made an official visit to Belize. During her official visit, the Governments of Belize and Taiwan Signed a Technical Cooperation Framework Agreement. President Tsai also handed over 5,000 laptops to support vulnerable groups such as women and children in rural areas.
